At Elvaryo, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 14-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us through our contact page or email us at info@elvaryo.nl.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that changes or cancellations to an order must be submitted immediately or within a few hours of placing it. After this period, we may no longer be able to process your request, as the order may already be processed automatically.
If you cancel on time, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 10 working days.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not provide refunds for used or damaged products due to normal use or misuse. If you return an unapproved item without a valid reason or outside the 14-day return period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team must approve all returns before you ship them back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and shipping name on the return package to ensure prompt processing.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After receiving your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). Once we confirm that the product is in good condition, it may take up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for your refund to be fully processed. If you still haven't received your refund after our confirmation, please contact your financial institution.
We do not offer refunds for used, worn, or damaged products due to normal use or misuse.
All refunds will be processed in euros (€), corresponding to the original purchase. Any fees arising from foreign transactions or exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.
Product-related questions
We take product safety very seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Always follow the instructions and safety precautions provided with the product, as well as the information on our website. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage or injury. In such cases, we cannot be held liable, and any replacements or refunds are at Elvaryo's discretion.

Damaged items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically damaged. Damaged packaging, such as a dented box, while the product itself is in good condition, is not considered damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Send us an email with a clear photo of the damage. We will then determine if you are eligible for a replacement, free of charge.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for products damaged due to normal wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and delivery
While we do our best to deliver your order quickly, we are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, such as delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
